Come to the Library in August on Saturday, 3rd, 17th, 24th, 31st from 10:00 - 10:30 am. (Note there will not be a class on the 10th but you can visit the library anyway!)

The classes are led by experienced Yoga instructor, Brooke Gates.

August 3rd, "Move Like and Animal"
August 17th, "Power of Breath"
August 24th, "Balance"
August 31st, "Playful Yoga"

Classes will be outside weather permitting. In case of rain, the classes will be held downstairs in the children's area. Bring a Yoga mat or a towel and wear comfortable clothing. These classes are designed for kids and their caregivers. Please plan to stay and participate or supervise your little yogi!
