Join Kim for a 75min restorative yoga practice infused with reiki to promote deep relaxation. Restorative yoga is a practice of slow rest that allows the body to release chronic holding patterns. Reiki is a healing energy that promotes calm and balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This class is appropriate for all levels and will leave you feeling tranquil and serene.
