Come join us on the mat for 45 minutes of fun family yoga! No need to leave the kids at home. Maybe your teen will sit on the mat the entire time, your toddler runs around the room and has a meltdown or your baby needs constant snuggles, not to worry - we'll embrace each situation, all while moving our bodies and having some fun.

Limited mats available, please let us know if you will need to borrow one.
