Hello!

I hope everyone is having a lovely summer. I'm teaching a community yoga class at Boyden Valley this Wednesday at 6pm. I'm usually a little deeper in Cambridge, but this week is a little closer to Fairfax.

Yoga is a 60 minute vinyasa style class, generally outdoors, although there is a lovely indoor space in the event of rain this week...followed by a short gathering after class. This week includes wine from Boyden Valley!

Also... I love practicing and teaching in beautiful places. Do you have a farm that has a great place to do yoga? I'd love to hear about it...
