Whether you're new to dance or looking to get back into it, join us for Adult Beginner Ballet at Studio 100 Dance and Fitness! Starting on July 29 and lasting for three weeks, this class will cover the basics of ballet in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Wondering what to wear? Any comfortable, yoga-type clothing that allows for easy movement is great. Ballet slippers if you have them, but socks are perfectly fine if you don't.
