The Essex Junction Democratic Committee will be holding it's Justice of the Peace nominations on Monday, August 5th, starting at 6:30 p.m. at Lincoln Hall located at 2 Lincoln St. in Essex Junction.
If you are a Democrat and interested in being nominated for Justice of the Peace, to be on the ballot in November, please fill out the form located at https://www.ejdems.com/jp
We will also be taking nominations from the floor.
You do not have to be present at the meeting to be nominated, but you must be present to vote on the nominations. The meeting will be held in person and virtually.
The City of Essex Junction is allowed up to 15 elected Justices of the Peace. Each Political Party is allowed to submit up to 15 names to be included on the ballot.
