South Hero artist, Brigit Krans, is showing her work at the Island Arts Gallery at the Community Bank in South Hero until the end of the month. Her work reflects her past and present life ; you will recognize local scenes as well as being transported to other areas of the world.

South Hero fine artist, Brigit Krans, presents her premier solo exhibition "Painting Places" at the Island Arts Gallery located in the conference room of the Community Bank, South Hero. The exhibition features an exquisite collection of oils and watercolors of the Champlain Islands and beyond.

Originally from The Netherlands, Brigit Krans is a skilled representational painter whose work has seen the walls of galleries and is in private collections both nationally and abroad. Brigit Krans takes painting beyond depictions of places through her artistry of personal vision and skillful craftsmanship to elevate the relevance and natural beauty of the world around us.

The Island Arts Gallery at the Community Bank is open to the public during normal banking hours: Mon - Thurs. 9:00 - 4:00; Fri. 9:00 - 5:00.
