TOWN OF GREENSBORO, 82 CRAFTSBURY ROAD GREENSBORO, VERMONT 05841 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. §4442 and §4444, the Greensboro Selectboard has scheduled a public hearing at 6:30 PM on July 25, 2024, at the Greensboro Free Library, 53 Wilson St., Greensboro, VT, or online via Zoom, using the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/8245586005?omn=89351393529; meeting ID: 824 558 6005, or via phone at 16469313860.
The purpose of the meeting is to solicit public input on proposed miscellaneous amendments to the Greensboro Zoning Bylaw, dated March 1, 2022.
MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS PURPOSE: To maintain consistency with state planning law (24 V.S.A. Chapter 117); to provide minor technical corrections and clarifications as well as minor revisions; to add new or update existing definitions; to comply with state planning law including the new Act 47 (2023) S.100 which focuses on housing accessibility.
GEOGRAPHIC AREA AFFECTED: The entire Town of Greensboro.
