On Wed July 24 at 6pm the Waterbury Historical Society invites everyone to join us for a pot luck picnic at the Pavilion at Hope Davey Park Waterbury Center. At 7 pm Skip Flanders will be making a PowerPoint presentation on the "History of Hope Davey Park" with numerous historical photos of the area.
Bring a dish to share and your own plate and utensils. The Society will supply drinks and cups and Ben & Jerry's ice-cream and brownies for desert.
This is open to the public and an opportunity to see some historical photos of the area and learn about the history and the people involved in bringing us Hope Davey park for recreations.
