Mindful Minute columnist Jon Heydenreich returns to the Halifax Café on Saturday July 20 to lead a discussion of "The Wrong Side of Comfort." The discussion will start at 11AM. Everyone is welcome to join in. Coffee, iced tea, and home-baked treats will be served.

Jon's columns focus on mindful living, including gaining perspective when facing challenges and finding more meaning and value in everyday activities.

The Halifax Café is located inside Community Hall at 20 Brook Road in West Halifax. Café hours are 10 AM to 1 PM on Thursdays and Saturdays. Free-will contributions to support the Café are welcome. Contact HalifaxCClub@gmail.com for further information.
