Approving the minutes of the July 9 and July 11th, Special and Emergency meetings. Action likely.
Approving the agenda for the July 23, 2024 Special Meeting. Action likely.

5:05 EXECUTIVE SESSION: per 1 VSA § 313(a)(3) to discuss the appointment or employment of an employee. This session is limited to discussion about applicants for the vacant Road Crew position. All final decisions will be made in open meeting. Action possible afterward.

5:10 Highway Department update: discussion of July 10, 2024, flood impacts on town roads and moving forward with reconstruction. Clarification of driveway/road connection repairs. Update on 2023 FEMA projects. Action possible.

5:40 Monthly meeting with the MVFD. Action possible.

6:00 Considering participation in the USDA Emergency Watershed Program for 2024 flood victims. Action possible.

6:20 Discussion of timeline for Town Hall renovation considering August 23, 2024, deadline to put the bond question on the November 5, 2024 General Election ballot. Possible discussion and approval of construction managers. Action possible.
