The presentation is being presented by John Campbell, Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, and former Vermont Ethics Director.
This workshop is free and open to the public.
Refreshments will be served.
The first hour will include the presentation and a frank discussion about topics we are resistant to talking about until it’s too late. The second hour, should you choose to stay, will focus on filling out Vermont’s Advance Directive for Health Care. You will be assisted by a trained agent there to help guide you in the important first step of completing this document.
