The Pawlet Planning Commission will hold two back to back public hearings on the evening of Monday July 22. Residents of Pawlet are encouraged to attend in person or via Zoom and make their thoughts and suggestions known.
At 7:30 there will be a hearing on repealing the Town of Pawlet Zoning Regulations (Unified Bylaws), per a valid petition that was signed by at least 5% of the Town of Pawlet voters and was received by the Town Clerk on Jan. 17, 2024.
At 8:00 there will be a hearing on amending the Town of Pawlet Zoning Regulations (Unified Bylaws). The full text of the existing and proposed changes to the Town of Pawlet Zoning Regulations can be reviewed at the Town of Pawlet Town Website (www.pawlet.vt.gov) and Town Office, located at 122 School Street.
