The Calais Board of Abatement will meet Monday, July 22, 5:00 pm at the Calais Town Hall with the following agenda:

- Call to order
- Appoint a BOA member to serve as Chair for the purpose of this Hearing
- Approve Minutes of 7/8/2024
- Parcel ID 450287, Craig Line: Consider request to abate 2023 taxes/penalties/fees of $4,063.10
- Deliberative session to discuss request and findings of fact
- Possible Action: Vote an abatement decision

This meeting is open to the public. A Board of Abatement meeting is a quasi-judicial proceeding, which means that members of the public must be notified of the meeting but may only observe. The Board may hear only from the taxpayer, a Lister, or someone else from town government, or anyone called by the Board as a witness to provide information.
