What: a pollinator garden party for you, me, the birds, buds, & bees + plant sale
Who: presented by the Lincoln Conservation Commission, featuring fellow pollinator advocate, Julia Parker-Dickerson
Why: to have fun and learn about our first community native plant garden and our pollinator neighbors
Please join us at 10am for refreshments with some hyperlocal ingredients. There will be cake.
Around 10:15, Julia Parker-Dickerson https://jgardensvt.blogspot.com/ will get us going with a lively talk. Please bring a blanket or chair to sit on. Some chairs will be provided.
@ 10:45 we'll start making seed balls, making paper butterflies, and chalk drawing our pollinator friends on the parking lot in front of the garden. Please bring coloured chalk if you have it. Some will also be provided.
Simultaneously we will field questions about the species in the garden itself and talk all things pollinator.
There will be a pollinator plant sale with native species while supplies last. Proceeds go to fund Lincoln Conservation Commission work, future educational events and activities.
Welcome to our multi-species garden party!
