Join us in a Unique Sound Bath Meditation at the Reading Greenhouse outdoor Gathering space this Monday, July 22, 2024 @ 6pm.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
Our Sound Meditation will feature invoking Saraswati devi, the Goddess of speech, arts, music, flowing water, and abundance through a simple Sanskrit chant while our voices create sacred water of rejuvenation and purifying powers.
Bring a mat and anything else that you feel you may need to settle into this magical/ grounding experience.
