We will sip fragrant flower teas and take a relaxing stroll through the many gardens, meeting and learning about the abundant life there. Find and connect to your own special plant and spend time creatively interacting together. Journal and create a drawing or watercolor painting of our plant and the messages it gives you. Create a healing 'flower essence' to take home.
Walk out of the gardens a different person than when you walked in!
No art or plant experience necessary!
