The Calais Selectboard will hold a special meeting on Monday, July 15, 2024, 6:30 pm, at the Calais Town Hall, for the purpose of discussing a proposed settlement agreement between the Town of Calais and Elisabeth Shedd. This matter is the sole purpose of this Special Meeting, and no other business will be considered or discussed. Given this matter is related to ongoing litigation, it is likely that the Selectboard will enter Executive Session for a portion of the Special Meeting.
6:30pm – Call to Order
6:32pm – Likely Executive Session under 1 V.S.A. § 313 (a)1E
6:50pm – Any related public disclosures; Possible Action: Accept Settlement Agreement, Stipulation of Dismissal
6:55pm – Adjourn
