Let's celebrate the Summer season together by filling your mind, body & spirit with renewing energy and vibrations from an immersive, meditative sound bath. The evening will begin with a guided meditation. Then an array of healing instruments will be played (crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, shakers, crystal pyramid, tuning forks, healing tongue drum, gong, etc.).

Please bring anything that will make you comfortable while you relax and receive the vibrations during this meditatve sound journey. (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, etc.)
