3. Joseph Laster - Subdivision Revision - 17-22-62.100: To transfer 0.19-acres from the shared infrastructure lot #10 to a future development lot #9, located on the east side of Mechanicsville Road and north of Hawk Lane in the Residential 1 Zoning District.
4. Extension Requests:
• Dennis & Jody Place - Sketch Plan - 16-20-20.000 - For a 2-lot subdivision of a 39.64-acre property to create one new developable 3-acre lot, located at 190 Place Road West in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Approval was issued on 2/6/24 and will expire on 8/6/24 – 1st request.
5. Decision Deliberation:
• William & Patricia Drew - Final Plat - 09-01-01.500: For a three-lot subdivision of a 3.70-acre property located at 108 Thorn Bush Road in the Village Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on June 18, 2024.
• Hinesburg Community School - Site Plan Amendment - 08-01-32.000: To upgrade stormwater treatment at the 33.6-acre school property located at 10888 VT Route 116 in the Village Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on June 18, 2024.
