Due to the amount of invasive Frobit found on the LaPlatte in Shelburne during the last two outings, two additional removal events have been added. The first is tentatively for this coming Sunday 7/14 from 8:00am-11:00am; note that if you sign up for this one, organizers from Lewis Creek Association will touch base tomorrow to provide an update on conditions due to recent flooding. The second event is scheduled for Wednesday 7/17 from 5:00-7:30pm.

Interested in joining but don't have your own kayak or canoe? LCA has several of their own that can be used by volunteers! Go to the link below for the sign up page, which also shows how many kayak and canoe slots are left. If slots fill up, you are typically still able to help out if you have your own canoe/kayak.
