Join us on Sunday, September 29th at the Shelburne Museum for the 2024 Champlain Valley Walk to End Alzheimer's. Take part in Vermont's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support and research on the beautiful grounds of Shelburne Museum. This event is free to participate but fundraising is encouraged. Know that if you have been impacted by Alzheimer's and dementia, you are not alone! This event is a hopeful day to be part of a community that stands with you during a devastating time.
