This Wednesday, come celebrate the vital role that pollinators play in our ecosystems, economies, and agriculture! This special farmers market is packed with music, educational and entertaining speakers, delicious food made possible by our pollinator friends, and art activities for kids and everybody!

Music on the hour:

4:00 PM The Bleeding Hearts Family Band
5:00 PM Donna Jeorg

Speakers on the half hour:
3:30 The Living Soil with Ellie Blachly

As always, the farmers market will feature an abundance of produce and other ag products, local honey, fresh baked goods, pantry items, and more. EBT customers double your money with Crop Cash! We'll also have some special vendors offering plants to help start or grow your pollinator garden. Pollinator Friendly Greensboro, a local working group dedicated to creating community awareness and action will be on hand with information about what you can do to help.

So here's to our essential creatures - bees, butterflies, moths, bats, beetles, and hummingbirds. They are the unsung heroes behind the food we enjoy and the beauty that surrounds us.
