This week Dance Fusion is on the schedule on Wednesday at 9:30 and Saturday at 9:30

This unique class is a very high energy cardio dance . It is open to ALL levels and no dance experience required. In this 45 minute class you will learn a different choreography that is designed to be fun, increase your heart rate and challenge your mind body connection. The class starts with a warm up and then we get into the dance moves. All you need is a desire to have fun and dance it out!
