This gentle class will start with a full body cryotherapy session and flow into a slow and mindful movement close to the ground while focusing on our breath. We will lay the foundation of clearing and progressive relaxation practices to then be able to drop into a deeply tranquil Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls. All that is required in Yoga Nidra is to lie comfortably in a supported savasana position with the props that you brought from home to allow the state of Yoga Nidra to take place within you while you are guided by Malaika's voice.
