"Wildcrafting herbs for food and medicine is gaining more and more popularity in the mainstream and can be a wonderful way to explore our relationship to nature and connect with our own bodies and spirits. On this slow-paced medicinal plant walk through the Hardwick Trails, we will weave together practical information about identification, medicinal uses, with a deepening of our connection to the plants in respectful and sustainable ways. We will not be harvesting herbs from the trails, but there will be some samples for tasting."
