Over the past 10 years, I have enjoyed living in Montpelier. I moved here to be with Amy, the amazing woman that (luckily for me!) became my wife.

Our life journey now takes us southward, to be closer to our families. There is also the issue of snow, or the lack of it, in our new location. I digress.

Our beloved home at 8 Derby Drive, Montpelier, is now up for sale. You can find it on the Picket Fence Preview (preferred) or the multiple listing sites like Zillow. It's not just a house – it's been a home for our families. It's bright, open, cheery, and has great energy. It is 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and has a large lot.

We are having an Open House on Friday July 12 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday July 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There is a rumor that there might be cookies.
