Apologies for my earlier posting that came without context. I had intended to post about Drag Story Hour in the Craftsbury Front Porch Forum, and didn't notice I was logged into Hardwick. So here is the original announcement about the event.
The Craftsbury Public Library welcomes Drag Story Hour Vermont to the library for a special story hour on Sunday, July 7 at 11am. This is a family-friendly event for people of all ages to come hear stories focused on individuality, activism, gender, creativity, expression, and social responsibility. Drag Story Hour presenters allow kids to imagine a world where all people can present as they wish.
Everyone is welcome at Drag Story Hour! The stories and craft activity are aimed at an audience of story time aged children (0-6), but people of all ages are welcome to come to the event, whether or not they are bringing children.
This event is paid for by the Samara Fund of the Vermont Community Foundation. For more information on Drag Story Hour, visit http://dragstoryhour.org. For more information on this and other library programs contact the library at director@craftsburypubliclibrary.org.
