This Sunday July 7, join Liana Merrill, member of the Weybridge Congregational Church, on a morning walk on a combination of the TAM (Trail Around Middlebury) and the NCNST (North Country National Scenic Trail) in Weybridge. Meet at the Weybridge Congregational Church at 8:30 am for a walk of approximately 30 min to 1 hour depending on the group. We've allowed plenty of time for a slow, leisurely pace to enjoy being in nature and to welcome a variety of ability levels. Sturdy, waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Be prepared for 2 very short stretches of paved road and a mixture of grassy farmland (potential for tall, wet grass and some mud) and woods. There is only one very short steep section; otherwise, the trail is mostly flat but with some uneven footing. Stay for church (worship starts at 10 AM and is outside under a tent, weather permitting, during the summer months), or go on with your day. Either way, we'd love to walk with you.
