4:15 PM: Call Selectboard meeting to order and open hearing to reclassify a .46 +/-mile portion of Gilead Brook Road (TH#7). (The Selectboard will travel from Town Hall to Upper Gilead for inspection of the road, and a public hearing will follow at 5 pm, back at the Bethel Town Hall).

If the Selectboard chooses to reclassify this portion of Upper Gilead from Class 3 Not up to Standard to Class 4, they will need to make a motion to find that the public good, necessity and convenience of the inhabitants of the Town of Bethel warrant discontinuing the .46+/- mile portion Class 3 portion of the Town Highway #19
