Pownal Democrats are invited to caucus on July 21st at 3pm at the Solomon Wright Public Library, 97 Main Street in Pownal.
The purpose of the caucus is to select 5 Democratic candidates to nominate for Justices of the Peace. Justices of the Peace witness elections, attend tax abatement meetings (where neutral parties are needed for tax disputes), and can marry people!
