Donation based yoga Monday nights from 6pm - 7 pm at Pierce Hall Fitness Center (PHFC) in Rochester. Doors open at 5:45 pm. PHFC door is to the right of main entrance. Suggested class donation $10. Cash and Venmo accepted. Bring yoga mat if you have one. Please leave outside shoes where indicated by PHFC (studio space is down the stairs.
