75 Years of Memories! What a wonderful tradition that has been going on for 75 years! This event is hosted by the North Danville Community Club with help from lots of generous folks including the ND Historical Room/Danville Historical Society, ND Library, ND Baptist Church. Come for an old-fashioned small town parade that starts at 10am with sign-up at 9:30am featuring individuals and floats. Anyone can participate! There will be morning coffee, fabulous bake sale featuring Muller Breads, live music featuring The Toasters, pie eating contest, face painting, book sale, dunk tank, corn hole, historical exhibit, quilt display, crafts, t-shirts, memorabilia, food booth, ice cream booth, lunch in the church dining room of ham, baked beans, salad, and fresh local strawberry shortcake. The Dickie Vance/Chip Langmaid Fun Run will start at noon (Chip oversaw this race for years and this year it is in memory of his many years of help.) We encourage you to buy a flag pin to help defray the costs and show your patriotism. Hope to see you Thursday, July 4th!
