Infusing herbs into oils is one of the most satisfying and easy ways to begin learning about herbs. The process of capturing the essence of herbs in oils is called infusing. Come spend the morning identifying and being with some of these common and helpful plants, learn how to infuse them into an oil and then turn that into a salve. Lavender, St. Johnswort, Calendula and Plantain are a few of the plants we will be working with. From oils I have prepared, we will make a salve to take home. You will also be able to gather herbs to bring home for your own medicine making.
