Saturday, November 8th, 1-4pm
From medicinal teas to pancakes, pickles to seasonings, there are many great ways to incorporate wild roots into your life. Learn to identify, harvest and prepare five wild roots for food and medicine with Erik Gillard. Participants will leave with a few recipes and samples of wild roots and resources to take the learning further.
