This workshop is online on Mondays from 6-7 pm and starts July 29. The workshop meets weekly, biweekly and monthly over the course of a year and covers topics such as healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, eating out, getting back on track and much more. Participants report lowered A1Cs and blood sugar readings as well as weight loss and better fitness levels.
