We can provide doctor and nurse patient care, give referrals, write prescriptions, run labs, etc

32 E. State St #10, Montpelier.
*located across the entrance from the Montpelier Food Pantry (food pantry entry is at the end of the driveway past City Center parking garage)

When:
July 17th
10 am-2 pm

Who:
Anyone is welcome! Primarily for uninsured and underinsured individuals.
