WOODBURY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Woodbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:15 P.M. on Wednesday July 16, 2024. The meeting will begin with a site visit to the Aaron Alexander property at 41 Bliss Rd in Woodbury , VT and be followed immediately by a hearing in the Woodbury Town Hall, 3675 VT RT 14. This hearing is to consider the appeal of the denial of Aaron Alexander's Application dated May 22, 2024 for the proposed construction of a new 16' x 16' structure with 10' x 16' greenhouse and 6' x 16' drive through structure. The denial of permit was due to not meeting the required 65 feet from center line of Town Highway. A copy of the application for a zoning permit and variance request is available for public review at the Town Clerk's Office in South Woodbury.
