Curious about what's growing on and around the Volunteer's Green? Ready to learn the names and medicines of your plant neighbors? Join me this Friday from 4:30-5:30 for a free plant walk at the Farmer's Market!

We'll meet at the Market Manager's table, and then walk around the edges and trails of the Green to identify plants and talk about their uses. Pace will be slow. Kids are welcome with adult accompaniment. Please email me with any questions and to RSVP!

A bit about your guide: Sophie is a clinical and community herbalist and educator who has been growing and making plant medicine in the Winooski River watershed for over a decade. She is a graduate of Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism and the Wild Current Herbs Advanced Mentorship program.
