Join MF&FC Farmer Hadley Stock, and MF&FC Resources Manager Mike Stock for an exciting adventure into the world of poultry preparation! In this 2 hour hands-on workshop, you'll gain the skills to process chickens safely, with confidence and precision. The workshop covers equipment handling, compassionate poultry processing practices, chicken anatomy, and efficient evisceration techniques. Each participant will leave the workshop with one fully processed chicken. $45 per student Includes one processed chicken. There are THREE workshops - pick the day that works best for your schedule - June 28, June 29, and June 30. All happen from 10am to noon. Each day is its own standalone workshop.
