The days are growing shorter and some folks sensitive to the seasonal shift will experience the first symptoms of SAD, seasonal affective disorder. We invite all members of our community to an Open House for Hannah’s House, Inc. (second floor of the Mad River Valley Health Center- Waitsfield) on Wednesday, October 29th, 5-7pm. We will be highlighting a gallery format of information concerning SAD, containing tips and treatment options to help you or your loved ones through the winter months. Please join us for refreshments, a celebration of Hannah’s House new Community Resource Room (courtesy of the Mad River Valley Rotary Club), and to meet our therapists and board. See you there!
