"Trick or Treat in the Halls" - is a civilian student tradition at Norwich. Kids age 13 and under from the Norwich and Northfield communities are invited to come to South and West Halls to Trick or Treat! Costumes are required for those participating in the event, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. The event starts at 6 p.m. in West Hall and continues at 6:45 p.m. in South Hall.
