The Town of Middlesex will be finalizing the broad plans for a possible Town Hall renovation in the next 10 days to get a Construction Manager on board to complete the Design Phase. We are working to get everything in place for a bond vote on election day in November 2024.
If you are still curious about plans and want to provide input now is the time.
The overall plans are much the same as were presented at Town Meeting. There may be some reconfiguring of the office space and we want to make sure we have input and hear any concerns from townspeople or from anyone who is interested.
PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FEEDBACK BY JUNE 25, 2024. We will be meeting the next day to finalize the broad plans.
