CLASSICOPIA returns to Old South Church in Windsor for another fabulous chamber music program on Friday, June 28 at 7:30pm entitled "THE FOLK CELLO." This program features some wonderful works for cello and piano that were influenced by folk music from around the world, including pieces by Edvard Grieg (Norway), Sulkhan Tsintsadze (Georgia), David Popper (Hungary), and Astor Piazzolla (Argentina). Cellist Jacque Pierre Malan, originally from South Africa, will be the featured guest along with pianist/Artistic Director Daniel Weiser. General admission is $20 and Church members are only $15.
