Area seniors are welcome to join the Aging Together group at the Morristown Centennial Library on Friday, June 21, from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. Guest speaker, Rita Mary Sweeney, will lead a discussion on cognition including: the difference between cognition and intelligence, the impact of sleep & stress on brain health, strategies to improve sleep & stress and strategies to improve memory & focus.

The Aging Together group meets every third Friday of the month and is offered by the Morristown Centennial Library in collaboration with Lamoille Neighbors. Maxine Adams is our host. Join us!
