Join the Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery for a 3-day wellbeing and health session - we'll cover the how to create a structured way to make the changes you wish in your life. This is a great opportunity to tune up your mental health in a changing world, explore topics that are essential to wellbeing, or get support for yourself or someone you care about who might be struggling - that takes its toll on us as well.
This is a evidence-based approach to health, both mental and physical. The course is free and open to anyone in a judgement free place where you are able to have self-exploration in a safe space!
