Hello dear community!

I am hosting a gentle yoga class on Thursday, June 20th on the waterfront in Burlington, VT. We will meet at the Echo Museum on the waterfront and walk to our spot!

All donations will benefit Pathways VT. I was able to support pathways as a warm line phone operator for a few months and found beautiful connections and heartfelt care.
