Make a Difference in the Election: Get-out-the-vote postcards and letters change elections. Third Act Orange County is hosting writing parties locally throughout the summer and fall. We provide the addresses and materials, just ask help with stamps.
Where & when: Baldwin Library, Wells River: 10:00-11:00 am, on 1st & 3rd Mondays through October.
Also at Tenney Library, Newbury: 10:00-11:00 am, on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays through October.
The address lists, provided by two national organizations, are drawn from public voting records. This is a coordinated national effort, with evidence-based messages focusing on voters in places where elections will be close. You can make a difference!
