I. Call to Order: 6:00 P.M.
1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).
2. Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.
II. Regular Business.
1. Discuss use of use unassigned Water Department fund balance and determine action on the DWSRF RF3-477.3.0 loan offer. (+/- 30 min.)
III. Other Business.
