The Vermont Garden Network's Mobile Classroom will come to Groton for an interactive cooking workshop for kids and adults! "You are what you eat," claims the old adage, and it's true! But how much time have you spent wondering how, or why? In this workshop, we cook together with seasonal vegetables and discover new things about how our body and our microbiome uses our food to support our health.
